Ali has been recognised by ETI/EGT for his outstanding commitment to safety. Ali’s has been awarded for ongoing compliance to practical risk assessments and adherence to wearing PPE (note gloves) using them above and beyond. Ali’s outstanding due-diligence and caring nature helped other apprentices in his work crew, leading in the behaviour we should all look after our mates. When executing the function of high-risk usage of EWP on the work front to the highest and safest standards. Ali was presented with a framed certificate, $50.00 bunnings voucher and no harm hat.

Jacob, a second-year apprentice, has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision.
He has been recognised by ETI for his commitment to safety. He identified an unsafe isolation method being used by a tradesperson and raised the issue with both the tradesperson and other appropriate personnel to have the issue resolved. By doing this he has kept both himself and other members of the work crew safe.
Henri is a third-year EGT apprentice hosted by Metrowest, who recently received a No Harm Award for his commitment and contribution to ETI's No Harm vision. Henri has been recognised by both Badge (the site builder) and ETI for his diligent effort, productivity and commitment to prioritising safety.
Louis is a fourth-year apprentice hosted by FREDON. He has has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision.
Louis has been recognised by both Fredon and ETI for his commitment to safety. He shows great attention to safety requirements, not only for himself but also for those around him, works independently and always maintains a safe work area.
Bianca is hosted by Fredon and is recognised by both Fredon and ETI for her contribution to ensuring a safe workplace is maintained for the work team. She has been recognised for her safety performance after moving to a new site. Her JHA’s were all filled out with great detail, and she has never needed to be reminded to fill it out or to wear her PPE.

L. A. Gilbert Electrical was recognised for their continual coaching and mentoring of EGT apprentices in the worksite hazard identification and risk assessment processes.
Johannes Rothman, a second-year apprentice hosted by Insight Electrical Technology, has received a NO HARM award.
Johannes was recogised by the principal contractor for his safe behaviours as well as taking the initiative to setting up barricades without being requested to do so.
WSP Services have implemented an integrated risk management system which incorporates their SOPs and SWMSs into their task-based risk management processes. This process helps make work execution safer for all.
Aleksandar Radovic is a second-year apprentice who has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision.
Aleksandar is hosted by Fredon and is recognised by both Fredon and ETI for his contribution to ensuring a safe workplace is maintained for the work team. Aleksandar is not only regularly identifying hazards on the work site, but also represents the Fredon team at site safety walks and safety meetings.
PGS Industries have implemented measures to improve their overall WHS Management System which included adopting a QR code system to improve their incident and hazard reporting processes.
Rebekah Palezza is a second-year EGT apprentice who has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision.
Rebekah showed her strength of commitment and integrity at work by raising an issue which her host employer has acknowledged and actioned, resulting in a safer workplace for all.
Bailey Dalton, a second-year apprentice hosted by EDC electrical, has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision.
Bailey has been recognised by ETI for his commitment to his site’s safety program. When the site owner requested each contractor supply a representative to accompany them on site safety inspections and the resolution of site issues, Bailey volunteered and has since been active in the role.
Bree Bayliss, who is a first-year apprentice hosted by Mason Electrical Engineering Contractors, has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision.
Bree has been recognised by ETI, her host employer and the head contractor on the site on which she was working, for her continual thoroughness and identification of risks and hazards. Added to this, whilst completing a Take 5 she identified a typically overlooked hazard and put in place measures to mitigate the risk of potential injury.
CPR Electrical Services have received a NO HARM award for their commitment and contribution to our NO HARM vision. Two of the major contributors to injuries incurred by our apprentice workforce is the failure to recognise or mitigate workplace hazards and risks.
They have implemented and maintained formal documented processes that not only periodically assess the apprentice’s attitude to safety but also trains and assesses their ability to recognise and mitigate workplace hazards and risks.
Callan O'Connor is a second-year EGT apprentice who is hosted by JW Electrical Contractors and has received a NO HARM award for exhibiting behaviours aligned with our vision.
Callan identified and raised the issue of a lack of drinking water and unhygienic toilet conditions on the site he was working, at which allowed JW Electrical Contractors to initiate the mitigation process with the builder and have the site conditions rectified.
